Maple Syrup SCONES!!!

My favourite dessert recipe!!!

Do you want to make a small treat for yourself, but all the recipes online take too much time? Or maybe you don’t have the right ingredients to make them? Then here is the perfect dessert recipe for u! 

Ingredients: 

Low-gluten flour160 grams
Baking powder5 grams
Sugar15-20 grams
Unsalted butter40 grams
Maple syrup (or honey)30 grams
egg1
milk50 ml
salt1 gram

Utensils needed: 

  1. 1 large bowl
  2. 1 scale to measure ingredients
  3. 1 spatula or whisk
  4. Baking paper

Steps: 

  1. Preheat oven to 180c (about 260 Fahrenheit) (use Fan Mode)
  2. Sift low-gluten flour, baking powder and salt altogether
  3. Cut the butter into smaller pieces
  4. Mix butter into the powder quickly with fingertips
  5. Add sugar, 20grams of maple syrup, egg and milk in the mixture
  6. Mix them thoroughly
  7. Put butter paper on the tray, separate the mixture into 4 and gently put them into the oven
  8. 180c (fan mode) for 20 minutes, then apply a layer of maple syrup on the surface
  9. It’s ready!!! Enjoy!!!
